升降平臺動力單元4 LIFT TABLE POWER UNITS4
簡介General Description
此液壓動力單元專為鋁合金升降平臺設(shè)計(jì)，由高壓齒輪油泵、
交流電機(jī)、多用集成塊、各式液壓閥、油箱等零部件有機(jī)結(jié)合為一體，
升降平臺的下降可以由電磁卸荷閥卸荷或手動卸荷閥卸荷實(shí)現(xiàn)，
下降速度由可調(diào)節(jié)流閥調(diào)節(jié)。
This power unit is designed exclusively for the light aluminum lifting
table, Consisting of high pressure gear pump，AC motor，multi-functional
manifold,valves, tank。The lowering movement is controlled by the
solenoid valve or the manual unloading valve discharge with the speed
controlled by the adjustable throttle valve.

注意事項(xiàng)Special Notes
1.此動力單元不可連續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，（1分鐘ON，9分鐘OFF）可重復(fù)工作。
1.The power unit is of S3 duty,which can only be worked intermittentiy,ie.,1 minute on and 9 minutes off.
2.安裝前必須保證油缸、油管、接頭等液壓元件清潔無任何雜質(zhì)粘附。
2.Clean all the hydraulic parts concemed before mounting the power unit.
3.液壓油粘度應(yīng)為15-68CST，應(yīng)清潔無雜質(zhì)，推薦使用N46號液壓油。
3.The viscosity of the oil shoud be 15-68 cst.
4.系統(tǒng)使用第一個(gè)100小時(shí)后，應(yīng)更換液壓油，以后每3000小時(shí)更換一次液壓油。
4.Change the oil after the first 100 hours of using the power unit,then change the oil every 3000 hours
5.本液壓動力單元適用于水平安裝。
