選擇性氧化巴豆醛合成巴豆酸中的方法:以巴豆醛為原料,以丙酮、乙酸、苯或甲苯為溶劑,磷鉬酸為主催化劑,五氧化二釩為助催化劑,在反應(yīng)溫度30~100℃,壓力0.3~0.9MPa條件下,通氧氣反應(yīng)合成巴豆酸。也可將磷鉬酸負(fù)載到活性炭、SiO<SUB>2</SUB>、γ-Al<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>、分子篩等催化劑載體上,采用過(guò)濾方法將催化劑從反應(yīng)液中分離出來(lái),120℃下于空氣中干燥3小時(shí)后可以循環(huán)使用。負(fù)載催化劑制備方便,成本較低,催化氧化活性高、選擇性高、穩(wěn)定性好,并且催化劑能多次循環(huán)使用。
