浩瀚色譜(山東)應用技術(shù)開發(fā)有限公司,建立測定環(huán)境空氣和廢氣中甲醇的頂空—氣相色譜分析方法.氣樣中的甲醇在頂空一儀中氣化,達到氣液平衡,在優(yōu)化的分析條件下,氣相色譜法測定樣品中的甲醇.結(jié)果:測定環(huán)境空氣中甲醇的平均回收率91.0%~108%,測定污染源廢氣中甲醇的平均回收率為82.0%~97.5%.測定環(huán)境空氣中的甲醇的標準曲線相關(guān)系數(shù)r>0.9999,測定污染源廢氣中的甲醇的標準曲線相關(guān)系數(shù)r>0.9999.采用頂空氣相色譜法,溶劑用量少,適于環(huán)境空氣和固定污染源廢氣中甲醇的測定.

Methanol in the gas sample is gasified in a headspace analyzer to achieve gas-liquid equilibrium. Under optimized analysis conditions, methanol in the sample is determined by gas chromatography. Result: The average recovery rate of methanol in the ambient air is 91.0%~108%, The average recovery rate of methanol in waste gas from pollution sources is 82.0%~97.5%. The correlation coefficient of the standard curve for determining methanol in ambient air is r>0.9999, and the correlation coefficient of the standard curve for determining methanol in waste gas from pollution sources is r>0.9999. Using headspace gas chromatography with low solvent consumption is suitable for the determination of methanol in ambient air and fixed pollution source waste gas
